2. SERVICES
Design Wolf LDN provides branding, creative direction, design, and digital services, including but not limited to:
Brand strategy & identity
Packaging design
Web design & development
Social media design & content
Creative consulting
All services are tailored to each client and outlined clearly in individual project proposals.
3. PROJECT AGREEMENT
Each project will be governed by a written agreement or approved proposal outlining:
Scope of work
Deliverables
Timelines
Payment structure
Once approved, this forms a binding agreement.
4. FEES & PAYMENT
4.1 Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work
Remaining balance is due as per agreed milestones or before final delivery
4.2 Late Payments
Late payments may result in project delays
We reserve the right to pause work until payments are up to date
4.3 Additional Work
Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and must be approved before proceeding.
5. REVISIONS
We include a set number of revision rounds per project (as outlined in your proposal).
Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra fees.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
Provide clear and timely feedback
Supply all required content, assets, and information
Ensure accuracy of all final materials before approval
Delays in communication may impact timelines.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Ownership
Final approved designs will be transferred to the client once full payment has been received.
7.2 Portfolio Rights
Design Wolf LDN reserves the right to showcase all work for:
Portfolio use
Social media
Marketing & promotional purposes
8. USAGE RIGHTS
Any usage beyond the agreed scope (e.g. advertising, resale, or extended licensing) may require additional fees.
For content collaborations (e.g. campaigns), usage rights such as whitelisting or paid media usage must be agreed in advance.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may collaborate with third parties (developers, printers, photographers, etc.).
While we recommend trusted partners, we are not liable for third-party services, delays, or errors.
10. PROJECT TIMELINES
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project.
Delays may occur due to:
Client feedback delays
Scope changes
External factors
We will always communicate any changes proactively.
11. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION
11.1 By Client
If a project is cancelled after work has begun:
The deposit remains non-refundable
Additional work completed will be invoiced accordingly
11.2 By Design Wolf
We reserve the right to terminate a project if:
There is a breach of agreement
Communication breaks down
Payments are not made
12. LIABILITY
Design Wolf LDN is not liable for:
Any indirect or consequential losses
Business losses resulting from use of our work
All services are provided in good faith and with professional care.
13. CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not share sensitive materials unless required for project completion.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
